Camping L’Hermitage offers a wide range of services to make the most of your holiday: free Wi-Fi across the campsite, a pool with sun terrace, and rental of stand-up paddle boards and bikes to explore the coastline.

From June to September, enjoy the campsite’s outdoor pool, surrounded by a sunny terrace—perfect for relaxing after a beach day or a walk around Le Pradet. To ensure clean and pleasant water for everyone, appropriate swimwear is required: swim briefs or boxer-style trunks for men (shorts are not allowed).

A friendly space, ideal for cooling off, sunbathing, or sharing family moments.

In summer, take advantage of the snack bar, ice creams, family activities, and themed evenings. All these services are designed for a comfortable, welcoming, and fully relaxing stay.

A small campsite always has a big story…

At the dawn of this second millennium, the lives of two young adults cross paths… Amélie, a holidaymaker from northern France, comes to enjoy this small seaside campsite in the village of Le Pradet.

Cédric, a seasonal worker from Saint-Étienne, has been part of this small family-run site for two summers, welcomed like an adopted son. Even though we didn’t know it at the time, this was the beginning of a holiday romance that would last.

Along the way, Camping L’Hermitage witnessed our growth and remained at the heart of our lives, becoming a true family of the heart, with wonderful friendships that continue to this day.

A Pause… Then a Return to Our Roots

In 2012, after almost 10 years, our chapter at L’Hermitage came to an end. With our first child, Louison, in tow, we set off on new adventures managing campsites across France. Life soon filled our bags with a second child, Adèle, and our family grew.

Despite the time and distance, L’Hermitage was always on our minds, though still, in our eyes, an unreachable dream… Our experiences and travels strengthened our desire to return to a genuine and heartfelt campsite atmosphere, with the goal of truly sharing it with our guests and our love for the place.

The Dream Becomes Reality

For the rest of the story, let’s just say that life’s twists (even if there’s no such thing as chance, only hard work) allowed us to make our dream come true and return—this time at the helm of our beloved campsite.

Here we are again in 2021, at Camping L’Hermitage, nearly 20 years after our first meeting, shaping this place in our image with our little family.
